Strength – Bridge with Terminal Knee Extension
Set and Reps:
- 10 sec hold, 10 reps each side
- 1 set
- Deep posterior core rotational control
- Keep a level pelvis
- Avoid over gripping through glutes or lower back to find the deeper layers of hip and lower back muscles
- Bend the knees less or more for comfort.
- Use hands or arm support to reduce strain.
