P2 – Up and Over Hops

Set and Reps:

  • 30 seconds
  • 3 sets

Main Focus:

Soft landings

Knee tracks over the midline of the foot

 

Modifications:

Select a box that is the appropriate height for you.

Start with 6″ and progress from there.

12″ is more than enough to generate the load you need.

You can also remove the box entirely and do a vertical jump focused on a soft landing.
