P3 – Single Leg Box Jump

Set and Reps:

  • 30 seconds
  • 2 sets each leg

Main Focus:

  • Maintain knee over foot alignment
  • Soft Landings
  • Neutral spine during landing

Modifications:

  • Reduce the height of or remove the box from the jump
  • Use two ski poles to help maintain knee over foot alignment
